AI Workflow Automation
Every business has work that repeats. The same report, the same data entry, the same three step approval that moves between the same four people. It runs on schedule because someone makes it run on schedule.
That is the work worth automating.
What I automate
Client and customer onboarding
New client paperwork gets read, the data gets pulled out, and it lands in your systems without a person retyping it. Documents generate on their own. Follow up sequences fire automatically. What took two days takes an afternoon.
Reporting
I connect directly to your data sources and build reports that generate themselves. Performance summaries, month end packages, client statements, operational dashboards. They show up on schedule instead of getting assembled by hand.
Data transfer between systems
Any time a person is copying information from one screen to another, that is a candidate. Email to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Spreadsheet to database. Vendor portal to internal tracker. These are usually the fastest wins because the rules are simple and the volume is high.
Document processing
Invoices, applications, statements, contracts. Large Language Models (LLM) are good at reading a document, pulling out the fields that matter, and flagging anything that looks wrong. The human review stays. It just starts from a filled in form instead of a blank one.
For financial services firms
Regulated businesses carry an extra layer. A lot of compliance work is assembly: gathering records, formatting them, producing something that holds up under review. That assembly runs well on automation while your team keeps the judgment.
Client onboarding is usually the first project. It touches the most systems and generates the most paperwork.
More detail on how this works for regulated firms is on the financial services page.
What it is built on
Mostly Python, Application Programming Interface (API) connections to whatever you already run, and AI models for the parts that need to read and interpret rather than just move data.
I build around your existing systems. You should not have to replace your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to automate a report.
Where to start
The best first project is usually the least exciting one. High frequency, clear rules, real hours.
If your team spends more than five hours a week on any single repeated task, that task is worth a conversation.
