Platform Migration and Integration
Legacy systems get expensive quietly. Staff time goes to workarounds. Data sits in formats nothing else reads. Every vendor update breaks something. The gap between what your software does and what your business needs keeps widening.
Then you decide to move, and the migration itself becomes the risk.
What I handle
Planning
I map what you have, what depends on what, and what order things need to move in. You get a phased plan with a fallback at every stage. No big bang cutover.
Data migration and validation
This is where migrations fail. I build the extraction and transformation, then validate the result: record counts, field mapping, spot checks against the source. You get a reconciliation report, which matters if anyone is going to ask.
Integration
Getting your systems talking. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to accounting, accounting to reporting, vendor feeds to internal tools. Data should move on its own instead of through a person with a spreadsheet.
Vendor selection
If you have not picked a target platform, I help you evaluate against what you actually need rather than the feature list. I take no referral fees from anyone, so the recommendation is just the recommendation.
Keeping the lights on
The business does not stop while the migration runs. Everything gets sequenced so your team keeps working, and we run parallel until the new system has proven itself.
